OAK in Shanghai
Chef Marcelo was invited by The Wuije Shanghai The Bund for a 4-handsdinner on 24th and 25th August together with chef Ivan Xu. The theme for this dinner was 'childhood memories' of both chefs where only vegetarian dishes were prepared for over 100 guests in total. The Wuije is known as one of worlds best vegetarian restaurant. A beautiful opportunity for Marcelo to, together with sous chef Eric, familiarize China with that typical OAK style!
