Tuesday evening the second 4-handsdinner took place, this time with L’air du temps**.
Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre also is a well-known name in Belgian gastronomy who already has a 2-starred restaurant. Last year he decided to open a 2nd location with his 2nd concept in Ghent and appeared to be a real added value to Ghent gastronomy.
To give him a proper welcome in ‘our’ city, we were very happy that he agreed to this 4-handsdinner.
