What an unforgettable third 4-handsdinner this was!
On Sunday noon 15 July, chef Karen and his team gave us and our guests a piece of craftsmanship, we don’t see that often anymore. For instance his perfect Beef Wellington, but also his impressive millefeuille were on the menu. For our chef Marcelo the challenge to seamlessly choose his dishes next to the traditional, but contemporary executed classical dishes. Looking at our guests, he most certainly accomplished that and so it became yet another successful event!
