OAK Restaurant started more than 4 years ago in Ghent. Although we started small, in the past years, we now have acquired a major culinary role in Ghent. In the meantime the restaurant gained one Michelin-star and 16GM.
OAK dishes are contemporary and are inspired by many international influences. Mostly, seasonal- and daily fresh products are being used. Every dish consists of just a few ingredients and the way they are processed makes them high in flavor.
The OAK team is a committed and passionate team. We strive to give our guests an unforgettable experience and on this rely on every link in our team being equally important.
