Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on our webshop of OAK. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

We ship our products through our carrier, and we aim to ship orders within 8 days. The shipping costs for each order are 10\u20ac up to 30KG.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

Customers can return products within 14 days after receipt, provided that the products are unopened and undamaged. To return a product, contact our customer service at info@oakgent.be<\/a> to request a return form. Once we have received the return form and the product has been checked for the above conditions, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

We offer the following payment methods: Bancontact, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods. See our payment page for more information.<\/p>\n

Warranty and replacement<\/strong><\/p>\n

All our products come with a factory warranty. If a product becomes defective within this period, we will replace the product free of charge. Contact our customer service at info@oakgent.be<\/a> to file a warranty claim.<\/p>\n
