Our menu
has been carefully and creatively compiled. Therefore, we can only accommodate
dietary requirements and allergies to a limited extent.

will find what is and isn’t possible. Please let us know your preferences when

Vegetarian: We serve a fully vegetarian menu upon request. We do not prepare
vegan dishes.
• Fish and
shellfish: Allergic to one? We will adjust the menu. Allergic to all three?
Then we primarily serve vegetarian dishes.
• Gluten:
We can prepare gluten-free dishes. Please note: soy sauce remains in several
dishes.
• Lactose:
We can reduce lactose, but not eliminate it completely.

Mushrooms: We leave them out of dishes, but not in our broth infusions.
• Basic
ingredients: These remain part of the menu, such as eggs, spinach, citrus,
vinegar, garlic, leek, celery, onion, and similar ingredients.
